Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is received.
• Each painting is inspected, signed, and packaged securely with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• If delays occur due to volume or custom requests, we will inform you via email.

Shipping Methods

We ship both within India and internationally using reliable courier services:

• India Post
• DHL, FedEx, UPS (for international orders)

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (may vary by country and customs)

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions. Buyers are responsible for any customs/import duties applicable in their country.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

Each painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork. As such, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

Damaged Artwork

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@ranjitbalmuchu.art within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of:
   • The damaged artwork
   • The packaging (inside and outside)
3. We will assess the situation and may offer:
   • A full refund (excluding shipping)
   • Or a replacement if available

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
