2. Product Details
- Each artwork is hand-painted and unique.
- Sizes, colors, and textures may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor differences and lighting.
- Every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artist.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in [INR/USD – update based on your store’s pricing]. Prices do not include international taxes, customs duties, or shipping costs unless stated.
We accept secure online payments via major payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
- We offer worldwide shipping through reputable carriers like DHL, FedEx, or India Post.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
- We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- If eligible, we may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund minus shipping costs.
6. Certificate of Authenticity
Each original artwork purchased through this website comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity to verify its originality and authorship by Ranjit Balmuchu.
This certificate should be stored safely by the buyer and will not be re-issued if lost.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, content, and artworks on this website are the intellectual property of Ranjit Balmuchu. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure accurate descriptions and secure delivery of your artwork. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
